The Challenge
The port operator's marine operations required a custom wind indicator specification beyond standard catalogue products. The solution needed to combine an extra heavy-duty Sunbrella fabric Windsock with enhanced night-time visibility — via additional reflective strips sewn along the body — and mount to a Stainless Steel rotor arm pivot for maintenance-free rotation. The solution had to perform reliably in the salt-air marine environment around the clock.
